Queens Trust news.
Membership of the Queens Trust is now at the highest it has been in years at 215 members. A fantastic number, thank you all for your support. If you are not yet a member it’s never to late to join. Click on the ‘how to join’ link at the top of this page for more information.
The matchday poster competition that we have been running this season has been a great success with around 200 people sharing each of our posters on Facebook and Twitter. This has helped the posters to reach over 10,000 people for each game. After each game we pick a winner at random and the Queens Trust present them with a £10 voucher for the Queens club shop. So far we have had 5 winners. If you have not yet had a go please do as it is a very easy way to help promote the club and its home games and you might just be the next winner!
We have some exciting things in the planning for the Junior Blues and hope to publish news on these next month. So watch this space.
The next meeting of the Queens Trust is on Friday 7th October at 7.30pm at the Queen of the South Arena. All members are welcome to attend.

A big thank you to everyone who has helped the Queens Trust in anyway over the last year. Whether that is by being a Trust member, making a donation, regular direct debit or by supporting our events like the recent quiz night or our 10th anniversary auction and raffle that we held or by supporting our Twitter and Facebook accounts with shares, retweets and likes etc. It all helps greatly and is very much appreciated.
Trust memberships for 2016/17 are now due. As last year there will again be the chance to win one of 5 Queens season tickets (1 adult, 2 senior and 2 junior) for all those that join by 22nd June.
The Trust membership which was high when the Trust first started and also during the Save our South campaign has been steadily increasing over the last few years and it would be great if we could continue this trend. So please spread the word and encourage anyone you know to join. It really does help to have the backing of as many fans as possible. It would be fantastic if we could get to 180 members this year so please help if you can.
2012. 59 members
2013. 72 members
2014. 112 members
2015. 155 members

The Queens Trust will unfortunately not be designing and distributing match day posters for the foreseeable future.
A great big thank you to everyone that has helped with them for the last 21 months.
This includes the artist Paine Proffitt for his super designs and photographer Brian Murphy for his great images.
Victoria and the staff in the club office for doing a wonderful job of printing them for us every game.
For the many people on the email list who printed the posters themselves and helped to distribute them.
To all the pubs, shops, offices etc that have been really fantastic at displaying them.
And finally to the many, many fans who have been sharing, liking, commenting and guessing the score on them on facebook, twitter and the messageboards etc.
It’s been great fun and great to see such support for the team!
